uServio, the First-Ever For-Profit Company to Give 50% of Sales Revenues to Non-Profit Organizations, Retains TransMedia Group to Promote New 'Pay It Forward' Business Model

A recession-born, Obama-era concept, uServio is changing the face of conventional 'job creation' by creating a company that gives people the opportunity to "Earn a Living by Giving." uServio has retained TransMedia Group to show the nation how, by combining a for-profit business with a humanitarian focus, uServio is striving to change the lives of adults and children across the United States. "We call it Philanthronomics - a new business model that gives entrepreneurs an opportunity to create significant, sustainable income while, at the same time, providing enormous financial support (philanthropy) to nonprofit organizations nationwide," says Juan Hernandez, co-founder of uServio. "In today's economy, families are hurting, non-profits are struggling, and we wanted to build a company that could really promote change."
uServio is a direct sales company that sells motivational CDs from the world's most inspirational educators, self-empowerment authors and top entrepreneurs. Each monthly subscription is $40 and half - $20- goes to a non-profit (501c3) organization. The other half goes toward sales commissions and administrative costs.
"We are giving people the opportunity to reach their full potential, and at the same time, change the world," says co-founder Bert Oliva. "We chose TransMedia Group because the further we can spread the word, the more jobs we can create and the more charitable organizations we can help. The fact that TransMedia can launch our campaign in both English and Spanish is critical, as our executive team is Hispanic, our program is bi-lingual, and we want to also help the United States' Latin community."
uServio has implemented a strict vetting process for non-profits, as well as a system of 'charitable transparency' so that members and participants can track where the money is being used. Already onboard are Ronald McDonald House of South Florida, His House Children's Home, Ayuda and Angel's Pediatric Heart House.
