Trammell Crow's John F. Bell Arranges $43.4 Million Sale Of 1501 Yamato Road, Boca Raton

John F. Bell, Trammell Crow Company (TCC) Executive Vice President, Principal, represented WMICC Delaware Holdings LLC in the $43.4 million sale of the 1501 Yamato Road office building. The property was purchased by Boca IV Associates, LLC, which closed on the building December 28th.
The 1501 Yamato Road Office Building is a 171,490-square-foot office project that was built in 1997 and includes a parking garage. The property, which was 61% occupied upon marketing, sold for $253 per square-foot.
“1501 Yamato has the highest quality finishes and designs of any suburban office building, and features dramatic ceiling heights, crown molding, and exceptional ‘best in class’ offices,” says Bell.
According to Bell, the property is a true trophy office asset and offers exceptional market presence and prominence within the prestigious Boca Raton office market.
“The current space available for lease offers image conscious tenants the ability to occupy an entire wing providing identity facing Yamato Road with a separate street address. This is unquestionably the finest corporate office setting in South Florida,” according to Donald Cartwright who is handling leasing for the Property.
