Safety Quick Light Retains TransMedia Group to Publicize How It Makes Changing a Light Fixture Faster Than Changing a Light Bulb

A Florida company, Safety Quick Light (www.safetyquicklight.com), has retained TransMedia Group to introduce and demonstrate a new product at Home Depot stores that will revolutionize the lighting industry.
"The thrust of our publicity will show the product called 'Fast Attach' at Home Depot makes it faster to install a light fixture than changing a light bulb," said TransMedia Director of Public Relations Lynn Lewis. "Our plan is to do in-store demonstrations showing how this product also makes it a lot safer to install light fixtures and fans as it eliminates the need to twist wires together and attaches right to any junction box in the ceiling or wall," she said.
"We selected TransMedia Group because of their publicity accomplishments in promoting lighting products," said Safety Quick Light CEO Rani Kohen. "We're confident that TransMedia will be able to generate media exposure showing how our new quick connect device turns light fixtures into off-the-shelf products," he said. "Like a table lamp that plugs into the wall, our publicity will show that now light fixtures and chandeliers can be plugged in with the fast attach power plug within seconds," said Lewis.
The patented product makes changing lighting fixtures and fans literally a snap because all you do is push a button and click it in, adds Lewis.
Now by making the replacement of old fixtures so safe and easy, Fast Attach for the first time introduces the element of fashion in lighting fixtures as they can be changed to suit special occasions and holidays like Christmas, according to TransMedia's Fashion Consultant Maggie York.
With the press of a button, homeowners, builders and interior designers can change lighting fixtures as often as fashionable people change their wardrobe, she said. In just a minute you could be ready for Christmas or any holiday by just snapping on your holiday fixture, which our publicity will emphasize, she added.
"We can't wait to unveil this futuristic technology that will enable homeowners to enjoy hassle-free installations, eliminating barriers associated with expensive, traditional methods," said Lewis. "Fast Attach is going to create fashion and motivate both male and female consumers to purchase lighting fixtures -- including themed and holiday lighting -- since it's so easy to change seasonally," she added.
