Company To Unveil Revolutionary Product That Makes It Faster To Change A Light Fixture Than A Light Bulb

8/21/2008

A Miami-based company, Safety Quick Light, will unveil and demonstrate a revolutionary new product that makes it easier to change a light fixture than a light bulb. This patented new product called “Fast Attach” is launching at Home Depot in North Hollywood (3401 Oakwood Blvd.) on Tuesday, August 26th from 10AM to 12PM.

Fast Attach is a “quick-connect-device” that makes changing light fixtures (and fans) much safer as it eliminates the need to twist wires together and attaches right to any junction box in the ceiling or wall, said Rani Kohen, President and CEO of Safety Quick Light.

Fast Attach now turns light fixtures into off-the-shelf products – like a table lamp that plugs into the wall – now light fixtures and chandeliers can be plugged in with the fast attach power plug, within seconds.

This product makes changing lighting fixtures and fans literally a snap because all you do is push a button and click it in, adds Kohen.

Now by making the replacement of old fixtures so safe and easy, Fast Attach for the first time introduces the element of fashion in lighting fixtures as they can be changed to suit special occasions and holidays like Christmas, according to New York fashion consultant Maggie York.

With the press of a button, homeowners, builders and interior designers can change lighting fixtures as often as fashionable people change their wardrobe. In just a minute you could be ready for Christmas or any holiday by just snapping on your holiday fixture.

The futuristic technology enables homeowners to enjoy hassle-free installations, eliminating barriers associated with expensive, traditional methods. “Fast Attach is going to create fashion and motivate both male and female consumers to purchase lighting fixtures – including themed and holiday lighting – since it's so easy to change seasonally.
