Boca Raton, FL. March 14, 2001 - Allidex, the leading e-business broker, announced today the appointment of Barry Jarvis to Chief Operating Officer of Allidex. Barry joins Allidex from the Professional Services division of Great Plains Software, where he managed the consulting team focused on implementation of the Field Service product line.

Barry began his career working in an internal capacity with the Canadian operations of Lloyd's Register in his capacity of Administration Officer for Canada, where he was responsible for a wide range of operational issues such as ERP deployment, dispersed operations, finance, board relations and administration.
