Where Would You Find A Gourmet Chef Preparing Memorable Takeout Meals At A Service Station Deli?

PR Newswire -- February 26, 2003

Where Else But In 'Rolls-Roycey' Boca Raton, Where Lowly Food Mart Is On A Lift

BOCA RATON, Fla., Feb. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Chef Anthony Marolla believes fast food mart fare doesn't have to taste flat, but can be creatively zippy, tasty and interesting, which is the driving principal behind his new Miracle Wraps & Deli at the Hess Service Station on Federal Highway at Glades Road.

The 33-year-old French Culinary Institute graduate who was an award-winning chef at a table-cloth-top restaurant in Coral Springs, has whipped up a variety of delectable wraps at his second gourmet wrap restaurant in Palm Beach County and has retained TransMedia Group Public Relations to take out his story.

"With wraps, you can not only be fast, but creative with such ingredients as avocados, pimentos and tomatoes blended with imported cheeses, meats and tangy sauces," said Marolla, who is cooking up a new style takeout to on-the-go workers, including energizing smoothies, healthy shakes and great-tasting wraps.

"Miracle Wraps & Deli is the only wrap café on Federal Highway delivering take-out to neighboring businesses," said TransMedia publicist Michelle Soudry. "Their objective is to provide memorable meals at affordable prices for workers on the go."

Marolla, a former executive chef for Flavors of Italy restaurant in Coral Springs was awarded Sun-Sentinel's Reader's Choice Award for Best Executive Chef in 1998. He also manages the busy "That's A Wrap", a wrap and smoothie café in Boynton Beach.

Miracle's menu offers Miracle Smoothies, such as The Cold Fighter and Very Berry "B" that contain energetic blends of fruits and essential vitamin and dietary supplements, Miracle Wraps like The Birdie- sliced chicken breast with mixed greens, tomatoes and cheddar dressed in a raspberry grain mustard wrapped in a spinach tortilla- Marolla's crowd favorite. The shop also offers a plentiful selection of fresh deli sandwiches such as oven roast turkey, Genoa salami and roasted chicken breast; homemade soups and fresh tossed salads.

Miracle will soon be expanding to include a steam table for hot dishes such as stuffed bell peppers and more. The café and deli is open Monday through Friday, 7 am to 6 pm and Saturdays from 8 am to 4 pm.
