Precision Response Corporation Promotes Miguel Ramos to Vice President of
Strategic Planning

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Feb. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Precision Response
Corporation (PRC), a leading provider of outsourced customer care services,
has announced today the promotion of Miguel Ramos to Vice President of
Strategic Planning reporting directly to Stephen Ferber, PRC's General
Counsel
and EVP of Strategic Planning. Ramos will be responsible for driving PRC's
Vision and Strategic Plan, while continuing his leading role in Alliance
Development, Mergers & Acquisitions and Global Development responsibilities.

Ramos joined PRC in 1991 as a Customer Service Representative at the
age
of 19. At the time, PRC had only one contact center and about 100
employees.
Today PRC has 22 call centers globally and over 10,000 employees. PRC
executives were so impressed with Ramos that they moved him to Quality
Assurance to monitor other representatives. Ramos was soon placed in charge
of designing a training department where he created a Scripting and
Development division.

Ramos was promoted to and continues to be in charge of PRC's Corporate
Development division, which includes Mergers & Acquisitions and forming
