FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
LAS VEGAS, NV FEBRUARY 27, 2002.
- Engineering and consulting firm PBS&J announced today that it will donate $50,000 on behalf of its employees to The World Trade Center Miracles Foundation to aid its efforts to establish endowments for families who lost loved ones in the September 11 attacks or those injured during Ground Zero rescue operations.

The presentation ceremony will take place Thursday February 28, 2002 at 11:30 a.m. at the offices of the PBS&J, 901 N. Green Valley Pkwy, Suite 100 Henderson, Nevada when Todd J. Kenner, P.E., Executive Vice President and Regional Director for the PBS&J West Region will present the check to WTC Miracles Foundation Chairman Mitchell Morrison.

Making the announcement, PBS&J CEO and President John B. Zumwalt said, "PBS&J and our employees are committed to doing our part in America's War on Terrorism and have elected to support the WTC Miracles Foundation's Terrorist Attack Relief Fund. The fund's proactive stance and readiness to respond quickly to any future incidents is the kind of forward-thinking approach we embrace in the work of our company."

WTC Miracles Foundation Chairman Mitchell Morrison, who presented first checks earlier this month to seven firefighters suffering symptoms from Ground Zero rescue efforts said, "The kindness and generosity of PBS&J employees is deeply appreciated as we try to help so many of the survivors who have suffered through this tragedy, put their lives back together again."

The World Trade Center Miracles Foundation is working to establish endowments that meet the needs of families who lost loved ones in the September 11 attacks. Its Ground Zero Medical Fund will give financial aid to the men and women injured while serving at Ground Zero in the recovery effort after September 11. Next month, the Foundation's efforts will be further rewarded when a four-year-old, whose father was killed at the World Trade Center on September 11, will receive needed heart surgery, paid for in part from donations to its "Adopt-A-Family" website: www.wtcmf.org.
