Boca Raton, FL. March 14, 2001 - Allidex, the leading e-business broker, announced today the appointment of Morgan Korn to Chief Technology Officer of Allidex. Morgan is a software industry veteran and joins Allidex from Great Plains Software, where he was Director of Professional Services for all North American operations.

"Morgan's decade long experience will be an incredible asset to Allidex's success. His expertise includes the low level technical knowledge of operating systems, development tools and environments, networking, web & internet technologies and enterprise applications (ERP) to the business aspects of team leadership, recruiting, process engineering, P&L management, sales and marketing," said Chad Corneil, President and CEO of Allidex.

Morgan began his career with IBM, working on the development and support of OS/2 and later storage and disaster management software for the MVS OS/390 platform. Upon completion of a master's thesis focused on electronic commerce and Internet-connected database systems, Morgan joined Great Plains Software. During his tenure with Great Plains, Morgan managed the E-business strategy for multiple Great Plains' customers. He holds a masters degree in MIS from the University of Arizona, a top-five ranked program.
