NORTH PALM BEACH, FL., APRIL 7, 2000 - WorldChoiceTravel.com - the providers of private-labeled online travel reservation services for Internet web sites in the US, announced today it has formed an alliance with a leading online travel company in the UK, further extending World Choices Global, its business-to-business Internet affiliate program to the European market. The announcement follows the appointment this week of William Snyder as the new Chief Executive Officer of WorldChoiceTravel.com, Inc.

Snyder, a former CEO of two successful Fortune 500 companies, said the alliance with TelMe.com broadens WorldChoiceTravel.com's European affiliate private-label program. "TelMe.com will provide our European Internet affiliates with a private-labeled airline reservation Internet engine and customer service support for our state-of-the-art online hotel booking services," Snyder said. "This is an exciting opportunity to gain new market share. By combining our online hotel booking Internet engine which provides instant access to the more than 35,000 hotels in 170 countries with the TelMe Global Traveler online airline engine, we can now offer a suite of services targeted to travelers using the Internet on two continents. A member of the Board of Directors of World Choice Travel since 1999, Snyder was president and chief executive officer of American Olean Tile Company, a division of a National Gypsum Company, from 1984 to 1992. He led the company to earning consistently strong revenues and profitability, culminating in a highly profitable sale to Armstrong World Industries in 1989.

From 1992 to 1997, Snyder was president and chief executive officer of Rinker Materials, a division of CSR America, a $1.5 billion Australian conglomerate and one of the nation's largest producers of construction materials. Most recently, Snyder was president of the distribution division, executive vice president and a member of the Board of Directors of CSR America.

A resident of Tequesta, FL, Snyder chairs the Advisory Board of the Palm Beach Atlantic School of Business. He earned a bachelor's in business management from the Pennsylvania State University in 1957 and an MBA from the University of Chicago in 1964.
