FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL., October 17, 2000.--The world premiere of TheBigChance.com, the web's showbusiest site, opened this week on computer screens worldwide as thousands of actors, directors, screenwriters, songwriters, musicians, singers and models began clicking their way to discovery and fame.

"Here's TheBigChance you've been looking for," proclaims the site on its glitzy homepage marquee. "We Make Movies, TV Shows, Music CD's and much more" and anyone registering for $50 has a big chance to be in them or have their work produced, spotlighted and promoted.

TheBigChance.com offers new talent a shot at being discovered and making it big in entertainment through the "Star Maker," "Talent Finder" and "Anything Goes" sections. It likens its "Star Maker" to "the eWorld version of a Billboard on Sunset Boulevard or Times Square." Out of the hundreds of daily registrations it receives, a select few are picked to be featured on the websites' career-launching pad.

"Every featured Artist has the opportunity to be the focus of attention by both the Entertainment Industry and our own PR and promotions machine, which includes print media, TV and radio promotion and live appearances," said Randy Grinter, a film and video producer with 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry, who is Chairman of TheBigChance.com Advisory Board.

In the "Talent Finder," TheBigChance.com registrants are listed according to search criteria that make it easy for producers to find them and allows registrants to "hook up" with collaborators in scores of productions, for which its database will be a talent source.

"Anything Goes" is a half-hour talent and variety act showcase comprising supplied demos that will be shown on cable television in major national markets. Winners selected by popular vote cast by viewers will receive a $10,000 prize. Everyone who registers is eligible to submit a demo. TheBigChance.com also plans to produce feature films, music CD's and other entertainment products, drawing from its talent pool.

"TheBigChance.com will spotlight emerging talent and help to propel careers to stardom through the exposure, promotion and publicity we're going to provide," said filmmaker Jeff Vanderpol, president of TheBigChance.com. "Anyone star struck or bent on being successful in entertainment will find TheBigChance.com to be the best chance that most will ever get."
