BOCA RATON, FL., June 5, 2000-- The TransMedia Group today announced it has been retained by Beverly Sassoon & Company (OTCBB: ICMK) a publicly-traded company holding exclusive worldwide licenses to the Beverly Sassoon and Elan Sassoon trade name and likeness.

TransMedia said Beverly Sassoon & Company is developing a variety of new consumer products for multi-channel distribution, from licensing to retail, starting with a sleek array of contemporary oxygenated-enhanced products designed for network marketing. Among current and future products are distinctive skin care creams, nutritional supplements and apparel goods, all embracing Beverly Sassoon & Company's philosophy of "Common Sense Living."
