BOCA RATON, FL., August 30, 2000.-Nancy J. Hite, a certified financial planner and a former member of the Board of Directors of the International Association of Financial Planners, is the latest addition to the growing number of associates of The Noble Financial Group.

Prior to joining Noble, Ms. Hite was president of her own firm, Hite Financial Group, here in Boca for the past five years. As a Director of the IAFP, she helped to select the economic textbooks that will be used in Broward and Dade county public schools for the next six years.

A native Bostonian, Ms. Hite graduated from Boston University with a B.S. and went on to earn her Certified Financial Planner (CFP) professional designation. Following that, she soon gained the necessary work experience and educational background to earn the accreditations of Registered Financial Consultant (RFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU).

During her career, Ms. Hite has specialized in wealth management, personal financial and insurance protection and estate and business planning services. She is a member of the Financial Planning Association and a highly sought-after speaker and presenter on financial issues facing today's women. Her witty insight and canny advice led her peers to dub her "The Strategic Wealth Advisor."

The Noble Financial Group and its affiliate companies provide full-service retail brokerage, investment banking and corporate finance services and private investment management to the high net worth clientele. A respected in-house research department supports the units.

Ms. Hite's community outreach has included involvement the American Diabetic Association and Make-A-Wish Foundation. She is a Past President of the League School for Autistic Children in Boston and is currently a volunteer with the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation of South Florida.

During her leisure time, she enjoys cooking, wine and is an avid golfer. She is married and lives in Delray Beach.
