Law Firm Known for Winning Major Verdicts, Neufeld, Kleinberg & Pinkiert, Retains TransMedia Group to Get the Word out that there's Hope for all the Davids Facing a Battle with Goliath

This month Neufeld, Kleinberg & Pinkiert won a $35 million dollar verdict against Yamaha for the tragic 2005 WaveRunner accident caused by a design defect that took a 14 year-old girl's life and left her friend with brain damage and severe physical and emotional scarring.
