The Keeley Group provides fundraising and resource development strategy and consulting to develop organizational, program specific and/or event sponsorships. The process begins with an assessment of the organization to determine its financial and campaign goals and the program and event targets for sponsorship and fundraising. KG will next complete an environmental scan and competitive analysis to see what other art's organization are using for sponsorships, what companies are frequently targeted, and what marketing benefits and premiums are expected by the corporate sponsors. KG then proposes to management and board a fundraising workplan based on a three-year campaign strategy aimed at organizational fundraising, program and event sponsorships. This will include the necessary packages, premiums and benefits for the sponsors. delete sentenceThis plan will target a minimum of 15 companies for potential sponsorship based on our research. The plan will identify targets according to both dollar contribution levels and product donations for specific productions/events.

Once the plan is accepted by the Board and management staff, KG and its publicity-arm, TransMedia Group, will begin implementation of the plan with targeted calls to sponsors. Board members will be invited to participate on key calls to make introductions and past sponsors will receive priority. Public relations will be an essential component of positioning the sponsor including web site revisions, materials and letterhead, signage at events, and other marketing benefits we determine as appropriate for the sponsors. A key component will be to determine the fundraising message, materials, and marketing benefits we can offer the sponsoring companies and individuals.
