FDMA & AMA Share Same President
Veteran Marketing Guru, Keith Fletcher, serves as President to two prestigious marketing associations, but that’s not all
03/27/2006
This year the Florida Direct Marketing Association (FDMA) and the South Florida chapter of American Marketing Association (AMA) will both have the same president- Keith Fletcher. However, this is just the beginning of Mr. Fletcher’s current résumé.
In addition to his duties as President for both associations, Fletcher also serves as the Membership Chair of the South Florida Interactive Marketing Association (SFIMA). With thoughts of running for President Elect of SFIMA, a marketing trifecta may just transpire.
If serving as President for three organizations weren’t enough, Fletcher is also the President of MarketScan USA, a market research firm specializing in customer loyalty and satisfaction measurement services via mail, phone, and the Internet. Fletcher started MarketScan USA 13 years ago in Chicago and moved the headquarters to Florida in 2003.
Upon the move to Florida, Fletcher immersed himself in non-profit organizations including the Ocean Watch Foundation, for which he serves as Director of Development. His duties include raising funds and organizing countywide beach cleanups involving major South Florida Corporations such as Publix Supermarkets, Carnival Cruise Lines, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Radisson Seven Sea Cruises, American Express and Broward County government.
About the Florida Direct Marketing Association
Since becoming an independent organization in August 2005, FDMA is growing rapidly, with over 200 members. These members (‘partners’) include catalogers, Internet retailers, financial services providers, publishers, book and music clubs, retail stores and many more public and private sector industries both from the client and vendor side.
