Adam Cooper, age 34, has over 10 years of broadcast journalism experience as an executive producer, show producer, director, television host, sports anchor, on-line editor, videographer, etc. His specialty has been in creating ½ hour “magazine” style television shows to air in major media markets up and down the east coast.
His most recent program, Varsity Sports Sunday, is a high school sports show that airs weekly in Miami. The show allows local high school athletes to showcase their talents on television. Existing media partnerships with Viacom and The Miami Herald, helped Varsity Sports Sunday end its 2004 debut season as the number one rated high school show in Miami. By year two, certain key viewer demographics for Varsity Sports Sunday were stronger than competing NFL programming airing on CBS. Today the show has higher ratings than highly visible shows like The Tyra Banks Show and Rachel Ray and it’s standing toe to toe with the NFL in overall demos.
As TransMedia Group production arm, the award-winning production company, adc Media, will provide their services for corporate videos, VNR’s and other productions, including The Wall Street Minute TV series.
