In the world of wine, watches are synchronized for the third Thursday in November – the official arrival for the year's first bottle of Georges Duboeuf’s Beaujolais Nouveau.
On Thursday, November 20th, La Cigale: A Taste of the Mediterranean Restaurant in Delray Beach, will celebrate “Beaujolais Nouveau Day” with a specially-priced, French-themed menu and live entertainment.
The menu will include fine dishes like Mediterranean Branzini, Steak au Poivre Vert, Coq au Vin, and Pavé de Saumon Grille, along with a glass of nouveau wine (a bottle for tables of four) and live entertainment for only $32 per person. This special menu will only be available on Thursday, November 20th at 6pm and 8pm.
“Honoring the long tradition regulated by French law, La Cigale is inviting patrons to a special Boujoulais Nouveau dinner on November 20th,” said Francis Touboul, General Manager. “I can’t imagine anyone not wanting to come by and indulge in fine wine and a complimenting 3-course dinner.”
La Cigale’s a la carte menu and private dining rooms are always available in addition to the above. Happy hour is weekdays from 5:00-7:00 PM, and complimentary valet with dinner.
